Requesting an order cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible

If you want to cancel an order, contact us promptly with the order number. A cancellation request is not confirmation that an order has been cancelled.

Whether a cancellation is possible depends on the order status and the terms that apply to it. An order already dispatched may need to follow a different process.

Wait for confirmation before assuming the order will not ship or submitting a replacement order.
