Checking the progress of a refund

Use your order number when asking for an update

Check your order details and any return confirmation for updates. A carrier delivery scan does not by itself confirm that a refund has been processed.

Ask us for an update using the order number and, where relevant, the return tracking number.

After a refund is issued, the time it takes to appear can depend on your payment provider. Ask your provider if a confirmed refund has not reached your account.
