Understanding a refund amount

Compare the refund with the order record

Check the original order total, payment currency and the refund confirmation. Identify which item and charges the refund covers.

If the amount seems different, ask customer care for a breakdown using the order number and refund reference. Do not send a full card number or bank password.

Your bank may show currency conversion differences or fees separately. Whether a specific delivery charge or fee is refundable depends on the terms that apply to the order.
