Check whether your order was received

After checkout, note any order number and confirmation displayed on the website. If you have an account, check its orders section.

Check the email address used at checkout and your spam folder. A missing email alone does not establish whether a payment succeeded.

If you cannot find the order, contact us with the email address used and the approximate order time. Share a transaction reference only; do not send full card information.
