Read the findings for the item

If a review report is provided for an order, check the product number, date and any notes about condition or included accessories.

Compare the report with the listing and the photographs. Ask for an explanation if the report identifies an issue you did not expect.

A report issued by another marketplace is not automatically a Fashion For Less document. No report is included unless this is expressly stated for the item or order.
